  Good coffee, sub standard service. Stood waiting for a minute while staff talked amongst themselves, then after I'd placed my order and my coffee was made I was told I ordered a different drink (which I definitely didn't). They remade the drink I'd ordered and didn't even say a word, were obviously annoyed even though I was nothing but pleasant towards them. Not a great experience.

  Good coffee and a variety of quality milk options but on a number of occasions I have found the service to be average. Perhaps it is because they are busy and flustered but a smile or hello goes a long way in this overpriced coffee market. With other quality options within walking distance I would expect a little more from the staff
